The Durston Story  //  About Us

Serving the Parkland and surrounding area since 2002.

Anne & Keith DurstonThe Durston Plumbing & Heating story began in 2002, when Keith Durston decided to put decades of experience as a Journeyman Plumber in Dauphin and Yellowknife, NWT, to work and start a business, operating it out of his own home. As the business grew, it needed a home, and in 2005, the Keith and his wife Anne purchased and moved into their present location at 430 1st Avenue Northeast.

Since then, Durston Plumbing & Heating has grown to include Beachcomber Hot tubs, as well as BioGuard and SpaGuard pool and spa chemicals, and various parts and accessories for pools and hot tubs. Durston Plumbing & Heating also does hot tub repairs, and offer professional water testing for pool and spa owners. Durston Plumbing & Heating also now offers PharmaSpa, a therapeutic line of relaxing bath and spa products.

Keith Durston is a certified W.E.T.T. inspector, and we sell and install an amazing variety of brand name wood, propane, natural gas, and electric stoves and fireplaces. All wood-burning equipment installed by our service team is W.E.T.T. certified at no extra charge.

More recently, Durston Plumbing & Heating is excited to offer Napoleon Grills, a line of grilling accessories and barbecues, and high quality patio and sun-room furniture. In fact, you can even design your own unique patio furniture, choosing the colour and fabric.

Aside from owners Keith and Anne Durston, Durston Plumbing & Heating employs four experienced professionals as part of their service team. If you have a plumbing or heating emergency, or if you need something installed or repaired, they’re happy to take care of it for you!

“We strive to give you great customer service, no matter if we’re fixing your leaky taps or installing your new fireplace, so give us a call at (204) 638-3339 or drop by the Showroom. First time visitors are usually quite surprised by what we have to show them!”
